What to Expect…
Before the Consultation.
Initial Sleep Assessment (if appropriate): a comprehensive questionnaire will be emailed to you about your baby’s sleep habits and routines that you will complete prior to our consultation.
During the Consultation
Private 60-Minute Consultation where we will review your sleep plan in detail. We will discuss sleep strategies, troubleshoot possible challenges, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might have questions about.
Newborn Sleep Guide which will include a customized newborn sleep plan and techniques to foster good sleep habits.
Nursery Assessment where we will assess the room for light, sound, temperature, room set-up, crib placement, and discuss recommendations for a safe and soothing sleep environment.
After the Consultation
Four Follow-Up Email Threads to be used within the first 12 weeks. This is an opportunity for you to get your questions answered, troubleshoot road blocks, discuss progress, and load up on the sleep confidence needed to teach your newborn how to sleep independently!
