What to Expect:
Before the Consultation.
Initial Sleep Assessment: a comprehensive questionnaire will be emailed to you about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you will complete prior to our consultation.
During the ConsultationPrivate 60-Minute Consultation where we will review your sleep plan in detail. We will discuss sleep strategies, troubleshoot possible challenges, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might have questions about.
Detailed, Customized Sleep Plan prepared for your child based on general information such as age and weight; but also created to address your family needs and sleep habits.
Bedroom Assessment where we will assess the room for light, sound, temperature, room set-up, bed placement, and discuss recommendations for a safe and soothing sleep environment.
After the Consultation
Two Weeks of Follow Up Support to ensure things are going smoothly.
Daily Voxer Messaging for the first week to touch base and discuss how things are going, address any roadblocks, and make necessary tweaks to the plan to fit your child’s responses and your comfort level.
Unlimited Email Support following the first week to make sure none of your questions go unanswered thanks to “mom-brain”
Sleep Tracking through a shared digital sleep log so we can see trends in sleep patterns and accurately troubleshoot.
Goodbye Sleep Tool Kit packed full of information to help you deal with common sleep roadblocks including illness, travel, regressions, nap transitions, and more. Referencing these materials will ensure that you stay successful (and rested!) after our time together is done.
